The 90-day period between 2 January and 31 March 2006 is an opportunity for anyone interested to read the draft G3 Guidelines and submit their comments directly to the GRI. Your comments will play a direct role in shaping the final version of the Guidelines.
Due to the volume of responses, and for the purposes of analysis, your comments can only be accepted via the web-based comment form provided on this website. For questions or support using the web-based comment form, please contact or call the GRI Secretariat on +31-20-531-0000.
Your comments must be received by 31 March 2006 no later than 23:59 pm Central European Time (GMT+1). Also due to volume of responses, late submissions cannot be accepted.
Your comments will be read and analyzed separately and in the context of all comments received. The result of this analysis will be a set of recommendations submitted to the GRI Technical Advisory Committee on changes that should occur to the draft G3 Guidelines as a result of the comments received.
Any personal and contact data you provide will be kept confidential by GRI, and GRI reserves the right to contact you directly if clarity or questions about your comments arise during analysis (April - May 2006). All comments received will be considered on the public record and will be available to interested parties to view, with the exception of your personal and contact details.
